• Kristin Jeziorny, owner and founder of RevIVe Wellness & Aesthetics, LLC is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with Full Practice Authority.

• She has 16 years in nursing with an Emergency Department background, and 6 years in the wellness and aesthetics space.

• Born and raised in Chicago, the Garfield Ridge neighborhood…where she currently still lives raising her two small children with her husband who is in the Chicago Fire Department.

• Her goal is to bring wellness into the community, and she strives to help everyone feel their best, from the inside out.

• We will work together to come up with a plan based on your needs.
